This will be a participatory discussion rather than a formal presentation. Together, we will explore how digital nomads shape places through mobility, co-working, housing demand, entrepreneurship, community building, and temporary settlement patterns. The session will invite people to compare urban and rural cases, reflect on benefits and risks, and suggest practical ways nomad communities can support regeneration without deepening displacement or exclusion.
